PAYMENTS
- Total program cost (listed under each program) is due on signup, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and e-transfer (preferred method) are all accepted.
- Registrations will not be accepted without pre payment of the full amount due.
- Registration is ALWAYS open.
- SIGN UP ONLINE FOR EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Any application that arrives without an accompanying e-transfer or credit card will be discarded. We cannot hold or reserve spaces without payments.
- Cheques are NOT accepted
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- There are no cancellations once registration has been processed.
- Any cancellation, will result in the loss of all monies paid.
- Absolutely no refunds or credits will be issued once the league has started, for any reason.
- Any cancellation prior to the commencement of the season (for a verified medical reason) will be subject to a $75 administration fee.
- Should a season or part therof, be cancelled, delayed or postponded due to arena closure, goverment restrictions (i.e lockdown), etc., all outstanng game credits will be carried over to the NEXT SEASON (i.e Winter credits will carryover to Sprng/Summer and Sping/Summer will carryover to Winter). No refunds will be issued for this reason and no credits can be carried over beyond the NEXT upcoming season.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Enrolment confirmation and schedules will be emailed directly to players.
- A series of pre season emails will be sent to all players outlining rules, policies and regulations. It is the players responsibility to read and understand these.
- Under no circumstances can game credits be transferred to another player.
- All players must immmediately sign up for the league online bulletin board, and test their accessibility. This is where ALL game absenses must be posted or picked up.
- Players cannot post or pick up any game posting for another player - you can only post using your own username.
- The fine for not posting a game absence ('no show') will be loss of TWO game credits and will appear on the stats page as TWO 'no show' games.
